Expression of Interest for Resident Construction Supervision for Nawaz Sharif Institute of Genetics & Blood Diseases and Bone Marrow Transplantation, Nawaz Sharif Medical District, Lahore. Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab invites EOI proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement System from PEC Registered Firms under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended, with an estimated cost of approximately PKR 190 million. Interested applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to participate. EOI documents containing requirements, terms and conditions are available to registered applicants through the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. EOI proposals prepared according to the EOI document must be submitted electronically by 21 October 2026 no later than 3:00 PM and will be opened at 3:30 PM on the same date. Proposals submitted through any mode other than Punjab e-Procurement will not be considered. If the submission date is declared a public holiday, the next working day shall be considered for submission and opening.
