Framework Contracts Hospital Supplies Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement on package basis for framework contracts covering local purchase of medicines and surgical items, biomedical gases, dialysis items and accessories, stationery items and printing items for the financial year 2026-2027 through the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bidders including firms, companies and suppliers must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value of the relevant lot in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order is mandatory. Separate bids shall be submitted for the selected lots. Manual procedures shall not prevail over electronic submissions.
