Framework contracts for Financial Year 2026-2027 covering procurement of stationery, printing and publication, IT equipment and hardware, bedding and clothing, X-Ray films, other store items, medical gases, medical waste management, plant and machinery, uniforms and protective clothes, other goods, and bio-medical accessories. Estimated costs are PKR 4.572 million for stationery, PKR 14.098 million for printing and publication, PKR 8.95 million for IT equipment and hardware, PKR 8.830 million for bedding and clothing, PKR 4.275 million for X-Ray films, PKR 2.5 million for other store items, PKR 57.827 million for medical gases, PKR 10.205 million for medical waste management, PKR 16.77 million for plant and machinery, PKR 0.815 million for uniforms and protective clothes, PKR 12.428 million for other goods and PKR 2.0 million for bio-medical accessories. Bid security is 2% of the estimated price of quoted items. Bids containing technical and financial offers inclusive of all taxes must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 17 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Successful bidders must sign contracts and furnish 5% performance guarantees in the prescribed form.
