Framework contracts for Financial Year 2026-27 covering bio-medical gases - pathology kits and laboratory items - X-ray films and cassettes - printing material - stationery items - general store items - bio-medical and non-bio-medical equipment - IT equipment and accessories. The stated estimated costs include Rs. 8,000,000 for bio-medical gases with bid security of Rs. 160,000 - Rs. 2,000,000 for pathology kits and laboratory items with bid security of Rs. 40,000 - Rs. 1,000,000 for X-ray films and cassettes - Rs. 2,000,000 for printing material with bid security of Rs. 40,000 - Rs. 2,000,000 for stationery items with bid security of Rs. 40,000 - Rs. 2,500,000 for general store items with bid security of Rs. 50,000 - and the notice states Rs. 8,000,00 for IT equipment and accessories with bid security of Rs. 16,000. Procurement shall be through Punjab e-Procurement using open competitive bidding under a single-stage two-envelope procedure. Bidders must be registered suppliers and submit bid security valid for 180 days in the prescribed form through a scheduled bank of Pakistan. Bidders must quote rates for all items in any lot in which they participate. Taxes shall be deducted according to applicable government rules, and false or incomplete information may result in disqualification. The procurement covers laboratory supplies, medical gases, X-ray consumables, printing supplies, stationery, general stores, biomedical equipment and IT equipment and accessories.
