Framework Contracts For Hospital Medicines And Supplies Tender Notice

Framework contracts for local purchase of medicines - surgical disposable items or medical devices - vaccines and sera for THQ Level Government City Hospital Jhang City - X-Ray films - laboratory and blood bank supplies - printing and stationery items - general store items - dental items - and medical gases for Financial Year 2026-27. Estimated costs are Rs. 4 million for the first category - Rs. 3 million for the second - Rs. 2 million for printing and stationery - and Rs. 4 million for general store, dental items and medical gases. Pharmacies holding Drug Sale License on Form 9 are eligible for medicines, surgical disposables, vaccines and sera, while general order suppliers are applicable to the remaining categories. Bidding will follow Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and Financial Proposals must be separately marked, and bids must be submitted online through EPADS. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost is required separately for each category in the form of CDR from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. Bids close on 24 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and open at 11:30 AM the same day.
