Procurement includes repair and replacement of components spare parts and accessories for fully automated modular chemistry hormones analyzers, fully automated immunoassay hormone analyzers for blood screening, fully automated Hb protein electrophoresis analyzers, fully automated real time PCR systems for BCR-ABL and MPN Panel including PCR reagents and instruments, fully automated ABG analyzers, fully automated hematology analyzers, service level agreements for biomedical equipment, IT networking and hardware including PCs servers tablets laptops and 3-in-one systems, printers photocopiers scanners, low tech general equipment, neonatal nursery instruments disposables and consumables, laboratory equipment chemicals reagents instruments blood bank items, biological clinical bench-top centrifuges, PCR-grade pipette sets, external quality control reagents for clinical chemistry immunoassay hematology and coagulation, bedding clothing security uniforms, X-ray MRI CT films and cassettes, general medical disposables, eye ENT gastroenterology dental echo-cardiology anesthesia CSSD laundry biomedical accessories, miscellaneous washing items, media communication items, IT hardware accessories, hospital furniture repair, maintenance and repair of CCTV cameras with parts, UPS with parts, fire fighting and fire alarm systems with parts, and yearly hostel canteen contract. Eligible manufacturers importers and authorized distributors registered with relevant authorities including income tax sales tax FBR and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority where applicable may participate. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS under KPPRA Rules 2014 using both single stage two envelope and single stage one envelope bidding methods as applicable. Bids shall be submitted electronically on Delivered Duty Paid basis in Pakistani Rupees with mandatory lowest bid certificate. Separate bid security is required for each applicable lot and complete lot quotation is mandatory. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated in accordance with the bidding documents. Pre-bid meetings where applicable will be held on 2026-07-14 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bids shall be opened at 11:30 AM on the bid opening day. Original bid security in the form of CDR shall also be submitted in hard copy before bid closing.
