General Procurement Items Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes stationery, computer stationery, printing, hot and cold beverages, conference and seminar arrangements, periodical books, advertisement and publicity, POL lubricants and oil filters, transport repair and purchase items, building repairs, fairs and exhibitions, sports items, training aids, tents and tarpaulins, ordnance store items, machinery and furniture purchase and repair, computer hardware, hardware and equipment, medicines and other general store items including information technology equipment. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Electronic bids shall be submitted through E-PADS. Technical proposals and financial proposals shall be submitted separately. Submission of samples where required and bid security equal to 3 percent of the estimated cost in the form of CDR or Bank Draft is mandatory. Technical bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the submission date.
