Outsourcing Janitorial Services Tender Notice
Description
Outsourcing of janitorial services comprising one hundred janitors for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Electronic bids shall be submitted through Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 2 percent of the estimated cost shall be submitted electronically. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the submission date. Hard copies of bids are not required. Pro Tip: The procurement covers outsourced janitorial services, housekeeping, institutional cleaning, sanitation, facility management, cleaning staff, maintenance support and hospital cleaning operations.
