Description
Provision of staff and support services comprising Staff Car Drivers - Office Boy - Janitorial Staff including four male and one female - Telephone Operator/Receptionist - Computer Operator - Security Personnel including four Security Guards and one Supervisor. E-bids shall be submitted under the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure pursuant to Rule 38(2)(a) of PPR-14 using the Least Cost Method. Bidders must be actively registered with relevant statutory authorities including SECP or Joint Stock Companies and, for security companies, the Government of Punjab Home Department, and must comply with FBR, PRA, EOBI and PESSI requirements. Separate bids may be submitted for each category or lot, with separate technical and financial bids for multiple proposals. Physical bid proposals are prohibited, while the original physical bid security instrument must be submitted before the closing deadline. Bid security is 5% of the estimated cost of each lot. Financial rates must include applicable skilled baseline wages, 5% EOBI employer contribution, 6% PESSI employer contribution and 16% Punjab Sales Tax on Services.
