Outsourcing Support Staff For Essential Services Tender Notice
Description
Outsourcing support staff for essential services in Small Dams Division, Islamabad for the period from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. Estimated cost is Rs.40,387,516 and earnest money is Rs.2,019,376 equal to 5%. Bidding follows Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible firms, contractors and joint ventures must be registered on Punjab e-procurement system and hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category. Original bid security through Demand Draft, Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee is required in addition to the uploaded soft copy. Performance guarantee is 10% of contract amount. Rates for labor must follow notified minimum wage rates, while contractor profit and overhead charges are quoted separately. Bids will be opened at 2:00 PM.
