Dietary Items Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for supply of dietary items for the institutional mess for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible firms registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax and EPADS may participate. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Technical proposals shall include specifications, catalogues, bid security and mandatory samples while financial proposals shall contain quoted rates including applicable taxes. Submission of samples is mandatory. Bid security equal to 3 percent of the estimated cost shall be submitted in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Draft and successful bidder shall furnish performance guarantee equal to 5 percent of the contract value. Technical bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the submission date. Pro Tip: The procurement covers food supplies, dietary items, institutional catering supplies, fresh food products, mess supplies, kitchen provisions and food distribution services.
