Procurement of Dietary Items, Linen Items, MEP Services, Laboratory kits, chemicals and reagents on framework contract basis for financial year 2026-27. Estimated costs are Rs. 7,000,000 for Dietary Items, Rs. 2,500,000 for Linen Items, Rs. 3,000,000 for MEP Services and Rs. 15,000,000 for Laboratory Items. Bid security is 2% of the total quoted items value, lots or whole as calculated on e-PADS. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 38(2)(a). Offers are invited from experienced and relevant-field firms registered for GST and Income Tax. Electronic bids must be submitted through Punjab e-Procurement System by 13-10-2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day. Life-saving materials, items and services must be supplied around the clock.
