Human Resource Services Provision Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of a firm for provision of human resources on as and when required basis. Eligible national and local companies, firms, contractors and workforce service providers registered with EPADS and relevant tax authorities may participate. Joint venture and consortium arrangements are allowed. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security of Rs. 980,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee is mandatory. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS with original bid security submitted separately. Technical and financial evaluation shall be carried out according to the bidding documents. Pro Tip: The procurement covers manpower outsourcing, workforce services, staffing solutions, contract employees, human resource management, recruitment support and workforce deployment services.
