Auditorium Display System Supply Installation Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes indoor full color LED SMD screen, twenty KVA UPS with backup, power distribution units, broadcast standard data rack, fifty five inch smart LED television and allied cables and accessories for the auditorium. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities may participate. Bid security of Rs. 400,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order from the Bank of Punjab is mandatory. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS with original bid security submitted before bid opening. Predefined technical and financial evaluation shall be conducted according to the bidding documents.
