Suction Machines Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for fabrication of thirty three suction machines with 4500 litre capacity. Eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, suppliers, contractors, companies and firms registered on EPADS with valid FBR and PRA registration may participate. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules and Punjab Procurement Regulations. Electronic bids shall be submitted by uploading PDF files through EPADS. Bid security equal to 2 percent of the estimated price in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Guarantee or Pay Order shall be uploaded electronically and submitted in original before the submission deadline. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the submission date and only technically responsive bidders will proceed to financial evaluation. Pro Tip: The procurement covers suction machines, sewer suction equipment, sanitation machinery, municipal cleaning equipment, waste management machinery, vacuum suction systems and public sanitation equipment.
