Roads Sewerage Water Supply Street Lighting Construction Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction works comprising providing and laying metalled roads, tuff pavers, sewerage pipeline, P.E. water supply lines and installation of street lights and solar lights at various Union Councils and wards of Sohrab Goth Town, Gulshan-e-Iqbal Town, Safoora Town, Faisal Cantonment Area and Gulzar-e-Hijri in Karachi under multiple contract packages. Bidding shall be conducted through E-PADS 2.0 using Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible firms must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the required category, be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and applicable tax authorities, and comply with the bidding documents. Tender documents may be obtained online upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000. Bid security shall be furnished in the form of Pay Order, CDR or Bank Guarantee in the amount specified for each contract package, with scanned copies uploaded through E-PADS and original instruments delivered before the submission deadline. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 11:00 AM on 30-07-2026 and opened at 2:30 PM on the same day. Existing PIDCL contractors shall upload the prescribed Performance Certificate while firms having no previous PIDCL works shall submit a Non-Applicable Certificate. This procurement covers road construction, metalled roads, tuff paving, sewerage works, drainage infrastructure, water supply pipelines, PE pipelines, civil engineering, municipal infrastructure, street lighting, solar lighting and public infrastructure development, enabling contractors to identify the opportunity using commonly accepted engineering and construction terminology while remaining consistent with the advertised scope.
