Municipal Committee Malakwal invites electronic bids under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure from contractors registered on the Punjab e-procurement system and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant categories and codes for Development Schemes under the Annual Development Program 2026-27. The procurement comprises Construction of Street Israr Gondal Chotana Kothera Malakwal (estimated cost Rs. 493,500) - Construction of Street Punjab College Malakwal (Rs. 756,000) - Construction of Street Abu Turab near Rana Chowk Malakwal (Rs. 959,000) - Construction of Nala Street Mumtaz Ahmed Mohallah Sabri Malakwal (Rs. 600,000) - Construction of Street Masjid Wali Naseerabad Malakwal (Rs. 747,000) - Construction of Street Quran Mahal near Naseerpur Malakwal (Rs. 498,000). The total estimated cost of all six schemes is Rs. 4,053,500. Bid security equivalent to 5% must be submitted in favour of Municipal Committee Malakwal through the Punjab e-procurement system in accordance with the prescribed portal guidelines. Bidding documents must be uploaded electronically by 26 November 2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the Hall of Municipal Committee Malakwal in the presence of participating contractors or their representatives. The procurement will be conducted exclusively through the Punjab e-procurement system. Selection will be based on the least-cost method. Conditional tenders will not be entertained. Successful bidders quoting more than 4.99% below the technical sanction estimated cost must deposit additional performance security or quality assurance security equal to the difference between the estimated cost and quoted bid amount in accordance with the cited Finance Department and Local Government and Community Development Department letters. Failure to deposit the required security within the stipulated period will result in forfeiture of deposited money.
