Construction Of Village Streets Drains And Nallah Tender Notice

Description

Construction of streets, drains, nallah and Tuff Tile works in Village Warriat under the Annual Development Programme 2026-27 of District Council Mandi Bahauddin. The estimated cost is Rs.7,000,000 and earnest money or bid security is Rs.350,000 equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost. The estimate has been prepared on the basis of MRS Second Biannual 2026 rates and local market rates. Eligible contractors must be registered on EPADS and hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category and specialization codes for Financial Year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System under the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure, using the least-cost selection method. Bidding documents shall be uploaded on the EPADS dashboard and bids must be submitted electronically. Bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost must be deposited electronically in favour of District Council Mandi Bahauddin according to the prescribed portal guidelines. Bids will be opened in the District Council Hall in the presence of participating contractors or their representatives. Conditional tenders will not be entertained. Submission of forged documents or CDRs may result in legal action under applicable laws and rules. Successful bidders quoting rates more than 4.99% below the technical sanction estimated cost must deposit additional performance security or quality assurance security equivalent to the difference between the estimated cost and quoted bid amount in accordance with Finance Department Letter No. RO(Tech)FD.1-2/2017 dated 16 November 2022 and Local Government and Community Development Department Letter No. SO(Budget)(LG)1-37/2022-23(ADP) dated 7 December 2022. Failure to deposit the required security within the stipulated period shall result in forfeiture of the deposited amount without further notice. Procurement shall be governed by applicable PPRA Rules.
