Construction and rehabilitation works under the Local Government and Community Development programme in Chakwal district, comprising five schemes: Lot 1 - Rehabilitation and improvement of the link road from Minwal, Tehsil and District Chakwal, connecting POL Minwal, estimated cost PKR 48.949 million and earnest money PKR 2,447,450; Lot 2 - Construction of PCC streets, drains and allied works at Dhoke Awan, Dhudail, Parhal and Masjid Ayesha, Tehsil and District Chakwal, associated with POL Turkwal, estimated cost PKR 16.735 million and earnest money PKR 836,750; Lot 3 - Construction of PCC streets, drains and allied works at Karsal, Begal, Marri, Balkassar and Khara, Tehsil and District Chakwal, associated with PPL Karsal, estimated cost PKR 48.040 million and earnest money PKR 2,402,000; Lot 4 - Construction of PCC paths at Hasil, Jand Awan and Jabbi, Tehsil and District Chakwal, associated with PPL Hasal, estimated cost PKR 6.595 million and earnest money PKR 329,750; Lot 5 - Construction of PCC streets, drains and allied works in villages Choai Jandran, Karoli, Khair Pur, Chak Khushi, Warala and Khandoya, District Chakwal, associated with OGDCL Lila, estimated cost PKR 27.387 million and earnest money PKR 1,369,350. Contractors must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category and be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must quote item-wise rates electronically, without cutting, amendments, conditional offers or omission of earnest money. Tender documents are available through the e-procurement portal and PPRA website. Electronic bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 7 November 2026 and will be opened at 3:00 PM on the same date at the office of the Assistant Engineer, Local Government and Community Development, Civil Sub Division Chakwal, in the presence of the tender-opening committee and attending contractors or representatives. Applicable government taxes shall be paid under the relevant rules. Successful bidders must furnish performance security equal to 10% of the contract amount under the cited procurement provisions. The completion period for each scheme shall be as specified in the work order.
