Execution of five maintenance and rehabilitation schemes on item-rate basis comprising rehabilitation of retaining wall at Sharki Qazian, UC Qazian, Tehsil Gujar Khan, estimated at Rs. 3,611,000 with 5% bid security of Rs. 180,550; rehabilitation of street from Darya Gali Bazar towards Nizamia Islamic Center, UC Darya Gali, Tehsil Murree, estimated at Rs. 8,186,000 with security of Rs. 409,300; construction of boundary wall of graveyard at Village Bhangali Gujjar, Tehsil Gujar Khan, estimated at Rs. 19,100,000 with security of Rs. 955,000; rehabilitation of link road at Village Bhadhana, UC Thatha Khalil, Tehsil Taxila, estimated at Rs. 19,960,000 with security of Rs. 998,000; and rehabilitation of road from House Malik Arsalan Multi towards Village Chokar, UC Thatha Khalil, Tehsil Taxila, estimated at Rs. 19,843,000 with security of Rs. 992,150. Bids are invited from approved contractors for financial year 2026-27 through the electronic procurement system. Contractors must quote item-wise rates in figures against every item. Overwriting, doubling, cutting, tampering, doubtful and incomplete bids will not be accepted. Where the applicable lowest tender rate triggers the prescribed performance security requirement, the lowest bidder must deposit performance security from a scheduled bank within 15 days of notice, failing which the 5% earnest money may be forfeited and re-tendering initiated. Contractors are responsible for installing caution boards at work sites to prevent human, animal and financial loss.
