Messing Catering Services Training Courses Farmer Field Days Tender Notice
Description
Provision of messing services for training courses and catering services for farmer field days and one day training courses throughout Punjab under development and non-development schemes. Electronic bids are invited from eligible bidders registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System, Punjab Food Authority and relevant tax authorities under Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Estimated amounts are PKR 9,000,000 and PKR 4,000,000 with bid security of 3% amounting to PKR 270,000 and PKR 120,000 respectively. Electronic bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day and hard copies are not required. This procurement includes catering, meal preparation, food supply, dining services, refreshments, event catering and institutional food services, enabling qualified food service providers to identify the opportunity using commonly accepted industry terminology.
