Management Maintenance Services Central Offices Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of floor management services, fleet management services, and maintenance services for IT and security equipment for central cluster offices. Electronic bids are invited from suppliers, contractors and service providers registered with relevant tax authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Separate evaluation and contract award shall be carried out for each package. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 08 April 2026 at 11:00 AM through the Zoom Meeting application. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS. Bid securities are Rs. 210,000 for floor management services, Rs. 100,000 for fleet management services and Rs. 190,000 for maintenance services. Bid security shall be submitted as Pay Order, Demand Draft, Deposit at Call or Bank Guarantee with scanned copies uploaded through EPADS and original documents submitted before the bid submission deadline. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Bid opening will take place on the same day according to the specified schedule. Pro Tip: This procurement includes facility management, floor management, fleet management, IT equipment maintenance, security equipment maintenance, technical support and institutional maintenance services.
