Procurement for the supply of drinking mineral and bottled water. Electronic bids are invited from suppliers, contractors and service providers registered with PPRA for e-Procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), having Income Tax and Sales Tax registration and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Electronic bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Rs. 50,000 in the form of Call Deposit, Demand Draft or Payment Order with the scanned copy uploaded on EPADS and the original submitted before the bid submission deadline, otherwise the bid shall be rejected. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Pro Tip: This procurement includes bottled water, mineral water, packaged drinking water, potable water and institutional water supply services through the EPADS electronic procurement platform.
