Group Term Assurance Takaful Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of group term assurance and takaful services for the employees for a period of three years. Electronic bids are invited from eligible bidders appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR and registered with PPRA for e-Procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Procurement shall be conducted under Rule 36(b) Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure of the Public Procurement Rules 2004. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 18 June 2026 at 11:00 AM through the Zoom Meeting application. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Manual bids shall not be accepted. A bid security of Rs. 2,000,000 in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, Deposit at Call or Bank Guarantee is required with the technical bid. In case of a Bank Guarantee, it shall remain valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded through EPADS and the original must reach the procuring agency before the bid submission deadline, otherwise the bid shall be rejected.
