Training School Supplies Services Framework Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of hot and cold items - M.OIL - printing items - stationery - computer stationery - miscellaneous items - tent and tarpaulin items - sports items - repair services for transport - repair of machinery and equipment - repair of furniture and fixtures - beds and boxes - furniture and fixtures - exhibition and fair items - plant and machinery - training aids - medicines - physical assets - computer hardware - IT equipment - hardware and software for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately in sealed envelopes. Technical bids shall be opened first and financial bids of technically qualified bidders shall be opened later. Bid security equal to 3 percent of the estimated cost shall be submitted with the financial proposal and the successful bidder shall furnish a 5 percent performance guarantee. Products shall comply with applicable PSQCA and Punjab Food Authority standards where relevant.
