Hospital Parking Stand Contract Tender Notice
Description
Auction for the parking stand contract at the hospital premises for the financial year 2026-27 covering the period from August 2026 to 30 June 2027. The contract shall be awarded through open competitive bidding to the highest bidder. Interested participants shall obtain registration by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs.1,000 and submit registration documents before the prescribed time on the auction date. Participants shall produce their original CNIC and submit a bank draft of Rs.500,000 in the name of the Medical Superintendent as bid security before participating in the auction. Bid security of unsuccessful bidders shall be returned. Applicable government taxes shall be deducted according to law. If the Health and Population Department awards a central rate contract, the parking contract shall stand cancelled in accordance with the stated conditions.
