It Equipment Surveillance Pol Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes purchase of IT equipment for Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology and NSCC Samli Murree, repair of IT equipment, integrated smart surveillance and access control system and services, and procurement of POL for generators and vehicles. Procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedure. Sealed electronic bids shall be submitted through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS). Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax departments of the Government of Pakistan and submit a refundable bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee. Original bid security must be submitted before the closing time. Bids will be opened at 10:30 A.M. on the same day. This procurement covers information technology equipment, hardware maintenance, surveillance systems, access control, security technology, generator fuel, vehicle fuel and related institutional support requirements.
