Construction Installation Consultancy Infrastructure Works Tender Notice
Description
Carry out construction, provision and installation of residential and non-residential facilities together with consultancy services including design and resident engineer supervision for specified works. Bids shall be submitted through the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Applications for pre-qualification and bidding are invited from firms and contractors enlisted with MES. Firms not enlisted with MES shall attach earnest money equal to 2% of the contract cost in the form of CDR or Defence Saving Certificates pledged in favour of the procuring office. Bidding documents will be issued only to qualified contractors. Applications will be received from 2026-07-08 to 2026-07-22. Bid security of 1648500.00 is required and bids shall remain valid for 15 days. Bids will be opened at 01:00 PM on the closing date.
