Consultancy Services For Kidney Center Construction Supervis Tender Notice

Consultancy services for construction supervision of the Capacity Enhancement of Kidney Center in D.I. Khan under Provincial Annual Development Program ADP No. 535/240007(2025-26), as detailed in the RFP documents and Terms of Reference. Proposals are invited through EPADS from shortlisted consulting firms of the Communication and Works Department Building Sector. Selection will be through Quality-Cum-Cost Based Selection method according to the RFP evaluation criteria. Consultants must submit electronic bids through EPADS and one original Technical Proposal and one original Financial Proposal in separate sealed envelopes. Preference will be given during technical and combined evaluation to firms having substantial experience in design and supervision of government hospital buildings and healthcare facilities. Bidders must be registered with KPRA. Proposals must be submitted by 22 October 2026 at 1200 pm. RFP documents may be obtained on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 4,000.
