Bids shall be submitted through the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Estimated cost ranges from Rs. 3024356 to Rs. 111812793. Bid security of 31000000.00 is required and bids shall remain valid for 90 days. Bids will be opened at the prescribed opening time.
