Bus Shelters Installation Operation Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Design, construction, installation, operation and maintenance of approximately 14 bus shelters on Walton Road under the Build Operate and Transfer basis for a concession period of five years. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Eligible bidders must be legally registered, possess valid NTN and Active Taxpayer Status, not be blacklisted, demonstrate relevant experience and financial capability. Proposals shall be submitted electronically through EPADS. A refundable security deposit of Rs. 1,400,000 in the shape of CDR is required. Technical and financial proposals shall be uploaded separately and technical proposals will be opened at 1430 hours on the opening date. Successful bidder shall provide a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the estimated cost.
