Photocopy Services Rate Contract Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for hiring photocopy services for the financial year 2026-2027 through the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure under PPRA Rules. Bidders registered with NTN, GST, PRA and ePADS having active taxpayer status shall submit bids electronically through ePADS accompanied by earnest money of Rs. 200,000 in the form of CDR, demand draft or pay order. Tender documents are available free of cost and technically qualified bidders shall provide photocopy services under the awarded rate contract. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the opening date. Pro Tip: This procurement covers photocopy services, document duplication, copying facilities, reprographic services, copying machines and managed document support under an annual rate contract.
