Security Services For Housing Scheme Tender Notice
Description
Hiring security services for Punjab Government Servants Housing Scheme Multan including protection of electric installations, gas installations, office premises, pumping machinery, water works, disposal station, street lights and residential infrastructure. Security companies must be registered with SECP, possess a valid Interior Ministry licence, PRA registration, APSAA membership, audited financial statements, trained security staff, licensed arms, previous experience and achieve at least 70% technical qualification. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure with bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost of Rs. 13,792,422 in the form of CDR. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the opening date while financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened separately. Pro Tip: This procurement includes armed security guards, security supervisors, facility security, surveillance, guarding services, access control, infrastructure protection and contract security management for public facilities.
