Description

Provision of emergency road maintenance services including removal of snow, landslides, slips, debris and other obstructions from roads under the jurisdiction of the Communication and Works Department in Battagram and Allai. The contractor shall provide excavators, four-wheel tractors and front shovels, establish operational arrangements for emergency response and mobilize within 24 hours of notification. Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure on EPADS. Eligible contractors shall possess the required PEC category and be registered with KPRA. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt together with tender fee is mandatory. Electronic bids shall be opened at 12:30 PM. Payment shall be made in two instalments subject to availability of funds and the contract shall remain valid up to 31 December 2026.
