Emergency Road Clearance Snow Removal Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of emergency road maintenance services including removal of snow, landslides, slips, debris and other obstructions from roads under the jurisdiction of C&W Department. The contractor shall provide excavators, four-wheel tractors and front shovels, establish operational offices in each tehsil and mobilize within 24 hours of notification. Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure on EPADS. Eligible contractors must possess the required PEC category and be registered with KPRA. Bid security in the form of CDR and tender fee are required. Electronic bids will be opened at 12:30 PM. Payment shall be made in two instalments subject to availability of funds and the contract shall remain effective up to 31 December 2026.
