Municipal Waste Handling Machinery Fabrication Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and fabrication of municipal machinery including - mini tipper / mini dumper on Changan Sherpa (1200cc) chassis (04 Nos) - hydraulic tipping trolley (02 Nos) - front-end loader and back hoe heavy duty commercial use on available 85 HP (4WD) chassis (02 Nos), complete in all respects as per approved specifications. Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014. Technical and financial bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked accordingly. Only manufacturers and fabricators registered with FBR and KPRA appearing on the Active Taxpayer List are eligible. Bidders shall submit bid security equal to 2% of the quoted amount in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), an affidavit confirming placement of bid security in the financial bid, NTN, and FBR and KPRA tax registration certificates. Bid documents may be obtained against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000 or downloaded through EPADS. Bids must be submitted through registered courier service. Technical bids will be opened first, while financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later after notification. Bid opening will take place at 02:30 PM. Bank guarantee and cross cheque as earnest money are not acceptable.
