Technical Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of equipment under the Integrated Livestock Development Program Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Phase-1 through a framework agreement. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure using EPADS. Eligible manufacturers and authorized dealers must be registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax and KPPRA and possess at least five years of relevant experience in supply, installation and technical services for equipment including LED systems and sound systems. Bidders shall submit company profile, manufacturer authorization, brochures, NTN, STRN, owner identification and an affidavit confirming absence of litigation or blacklisting. Bid security of Rs.0.06 million in the form of Call Deposit Receipt shall accompany the bid and the successful bidder shall provide installation, commissioning, technical services for two years and 10% performance security. Bids shall be opened at 02:00 PM.
