Hospital Medicines Medical Equipment Chemicals Supplies Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of hospital requirements including bedding clothing, laboratory chemicals, dental chemicals, medical equipment, X-ray films, medical gases, miscellaneous items, machinery and equipment repair, furniture, local purchase of medicines, Sehat Card medicines, printing, stationery, Zakat medicines and furniture repair for the financial year 2026-2027. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Online bids must be uploaded by 2026-07-18 at 10:00 AM and technical evaluation and bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of participating firms. All bidders must be registered with EPADS. A call deposit in the name of the Medical Superintendent is mandatory before bid opening. The successful bidder shall supply items according to the required specifications and all applicable taxes shall be paid under prevailing laws. Rates shall remain valid until 2027-06-30. Detailed specifications may be obtained from the hospital during office hours.
