Repair Maintenance Official Vehicles Buses Tender Notice

Electronic pre-qualification applications are invited through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for repair and maintenance of official vehicles and college buses comprising 10 Bedford, Hino and Isuzu buses, 02 Toyota Hiace vans and 02 Honda motorcycles CD-70 and CG-125. Eligible applicants include reputed firms and service providers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax where applicable, appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and having established business offices or workshops in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Applications shall follow the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Bid security of PKR 150,000.00 is required. Applications will be opened at 11:30 AM. Pro Tip: This pre-qualification covers fleet maintenance, vehicle repair, bus servicing, motorcycle maintenance, transport workshop services, mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance for official transport fleets.
