Maintenance Ht Lt Distribution Network Tender Notice
Description
Maintenance works of HT and LT distribution network to be outsourced under Northern Operation Circle - Central Operation Circle - Eastern Operation Circle - Okara Operation Circle - Southern Operation Circle - Kasur Operation Circle. Bidding is open to eligible contractors duly licensed and renewed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2026-27 or renewed for the year 2025-26 with deposit slip for the year 2026-27 as specified in the bidding documents. Bids shall be submitted through E-PADS using the Single Stage-One Envelope tendering procedure on percentage above or below basis applying the Least Cost Method. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the E-PADS portal until 11:00 AM. Original bid security in the prescribed form shall be submitted physically in favour of the Chief Executive Officer LESCO and a scanned copy uploaded on E-PADS. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM. Successful bidders shall furnish 10% performance security within 14 days in the form of bank guarantee, pay order or CDR. Insurance guarantee shall not be accepted as performance guarantee.
