Heavy Duty Cargo Trucks Procurement For Freight Operations Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of heavy-duty cargo trucks for freight operations on Gilgit-Baltistan domestic routes and Pakistan-China Cross-Border KKH/CPEC corridor. Eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, importers, distributors and suppliers, including international manufacturers through authorized local representatives, may participate. Tender documents are available against a non-refundable fee of PKR 10,000. Bid security of 5% of the total bid value is required in the form of pay order, demand draft or bank guarantee. Procurement shall follow the single stage two envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals. Eligible bidders must possess NTN, GST, SECP registration, manufacturer authorization, minimum ten years experience, supply record of at least 200 heavy-duty trucks to government or semi-government organizations, annual turnover of PKR 1.5 billion and audited financial statements. Technical evaluation requires a minimum score of 75 out of 100.
