Judicial Buildings Repair And Maintenance Works Tender Notice
Description
Annual operation, maintenance and special repair works including civil and electrical works for judges residences, judicial lodge, Peshawar High Court buildings, tube well bore installation, RCC wall with raft, bunker and bullet proof gate. Procurement shall be conducted through the E-PADS system using a single stage two envelope procedure. Eligible firms holding valid C&W, PEC, KPPRA and FBR registrations may participate. Tender documents are available against a non-refundable fee of PKR 3,000 per package. Bid security of 2% of the engineer estimate along with applicable additional security where required shall be submitted. Technical and financial bids shall be uploaded electronically through E-PADS. Pro Tip: The procurement covers civil works, electrical works, building maintenance, structural repairs, security infrastructure, tube wells, RCC construction and public building rehabilitation services.
