Procurement Of Digital Driving License Cards And Hardware Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of digital driving license cards and associated hardware for Islamabad Traffic Police for the financial years 2026-27 to 2028-29. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS Version 2.0 using the Single Stage Two Envelope method with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS). Electronic bids only are acceptable. Bidders must possess valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration, be listed in the Active Taxpayers List, provide registration documents, tax certificates, bank account details and AGPR vendor number where applicable. Bid security shall be provided in the prescribed amount in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Bid Securing Declaration where permitted. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day through EPADS.
