Supply Of Veterinary Medicines And Related Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of veterinary medicines and related items comprising 580 items. Procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure through electronic bidding only and no physical bid is required. Bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA. Tender fee is PKR 1,000. Bid security of PKR 2,000,000 in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call is mandatory and the original sealed bid security must reach the procuring office before financial bid opening. Eligibility includes at least three similar assignments worth PKR 30,000,000 during the previous two financial years, minimum turnover of PKR 50,000,000 during the previous three years, Active Taxpayer List status, Sales Tax Certificate, DRAP registration, valid Drug Sale License, manufacturer authorization where applicable, no blacklisting, no joint venture, compliance with Drug Act requirements, labeling and packing rules, supply within 45 days of supply order, veterinary medicines having more than 14 months remaining expiry at delivery, and acceptance of all bidding terms and conditions. Financial evaluation shall declare bids non-responsive where required bid security is missing. Financial bid opening will be held at 02:00 PM on the same day through the EPPS system.
