Stationery Allied Items Purchase Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of stationery and other allied items for FC and GB Circle of Pakistan Post. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS Version 2.0 using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure adopting the Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. All bids must be accompanied by the prescribed bid security in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft or Bid Securing Declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Electronic bidding documents are available through EPADS and only electronic bids submitted through EPADS shall be accepted. Manual submission of bids shall not be entertained. Electronic bids will be opened at 10:30 AM on the same day.
