Road Sweeping Greenbelt Maintenance And Solid Waste Disposal Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for hiring services of a contractor, firm or company approved by LWMC for sweeping of roads, footpaths and greenbelts and for solid waste collection, lifting and disposal at the Government approved landfill site at Lakhodair for Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat, Lahore. Eligible bidders must be LWMC approved, registered with FBR for Income Tax, Sales Tax and PRA and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Bidding documents are available free of cost. Bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. E-bids must be submitted electronically and accompanied by a bid security of Rs.498,960/- equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, Bank Draft or Pay Order issued exclusively by the Bank of Punjab in favour of PIEDMC. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or improperly submitted bids shall be rejected. Blacklisted firms or firms providing false information shall be disqualified. The procuring agency may reject all bids under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
