Supply Of Wheat For District Jail Lahore Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for supply of FAQ quality wheat free from dust and foreign matter for District Jail Lahore for the financial year 2026-27 covering the period from 21-07-2026 to 04-09-2026. The estimated quantity is 180,000 kilograms with an estimated cost of Rs.19,800,000 and bid security of Rs.396,000. Eligible bidders include contractors, manufacturers, firms, companies and wholesale dealers registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax and the E-PADS system. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial proposals together with the bidding documents, CDR, previous three years bank statements, affidavit, work orders, CNIC and other required documents shall be uploaded electronically. Original call deposit receipt shall be submitted before the bid submission deadline. E-bids shall be submitted by 21-07-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bid validity shall remain 90 days. The successful bidder shall execute a written agreement within seven days and furnish a performance guarantee equal to 2% of the contract value under PPRA Rule 56. Wheat shall comply with Pakistan Pure Food Rules 1965 as amended in 2011 and Punjab Pure Food Regulations 2018. Blacklisted firms are not eligible. Prices shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery at the jail gate.
