Fleet Model Display Supply Installation Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for supply and installation of EPA Punjab Fleet Model Display from firms registered with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Joint ventures and consortiums are not permitted. The estimated cost is Rs.1,300,000 with bid security of Rs.26,000 equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Electronic bids together with the required documents shall be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bid security shall be deposited through the digital banking facility using the prescribed PSID and uploaded with the technical bid. Bid validity shall be 120 days. Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
