Stationery Vehicle Maintenance Pol Items Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement under framework contract for stationery items, miscellaneous items, repair of machinery and equipment, repair of transport, purchase of tyres, batteries, spare parts, air filters, oil filters, engine overhaul, denting, painting and purchase of POL charges and lubricants for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible bidders shall be experienced and financially sound firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities. Procurement shall be conducted through open competitive bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids shall be submitted through E-PADS and accompanied by bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque. Bidders shall submit a non-blacklisting affidavit. Successful bidders shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 3% of the contract value. Rates shall remain valid until 30-06-2027.
