Janitorial Services Kohat Transmission Office Tender Notice
Description
Provide janitorial services for the SNGPL Transmission Office located on Rawalpindi Road near Zahid Flour Mill, Bahadur Kot, Kohat for an initial period of one year extendable for another year on mutual consent under the same terms and rates. Interested bidders shall be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, possess a valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificate 2026-2027 and appear on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR. Bids shall be submitted through EPADS as well as in hard copy. Tender documents are available on EPADS against a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,500 payable through Pay Order, CDR or Demand Draft. Bids shall be submitted by 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM on the same day. Pro Tip: This procurement includes janitorial services, housekeeping services, office cleaning, sanitation, facility cleaning, commercial cleaning, support services and annual cleaning contracts.
